General Policies
Socks are required for all guests at Enchanted Elk Grove. No shoes on the play floor.
Parent/Guardian supervision is required of every child in the play space at all times. A Parent/Guardian must remain on the premises at all times while their child(ren) are at Enchanted Elk Grove.
Parent/Guardian will assume full responsibility for their own safety and conduct, and the supervision, safety, and conduct of their child(ren), while on or about the Enchanted Elk Grove premises.
All individuals desiring entrance to the play space and participation in the activities, including parents, guardians, or other individuals over eighteen (18) years of age, must sign a waiver.
Enchanted Elk Grove has a zero tolerance policy for bullying, rough play, and fighting. We reserve the right to remove anyone (and if applicable, their respective parents/guardians, siblings, and party members) at their own expense without refund if an individual is found to threaten the safety of others at Enchanted Elk Grove.
Enchanted Elk Grove reserves the right to open and close the premises or any portion of the play space in its sole and absolute discretion. Posted hours are subject to change without prior notice for construction, maintenance, special events, holidays, or other purposes. In the event a portion of the play space is closed, there will be no refund of any amounts, including pro rata with respect to such closed portion(s).
Party Policies
Venue Access
Party host may arrive 15 minutes before party start time to set up food, cake, party favors, etc. All party attendees and hosts must remove personal items from the reserved party room and exit the play space by the party’s scheduled end time or there will be a $50 fee for every 15 mins, or fractions of, past end time.
Decor
Parents may bring decorations as they see fit, with the following restrictions:
No decorations may be “pinned” or nailed to any surface.
No flames aside from candles on birthday cakes.
No glitter or confetti.
No Pinatas
Additional Guests
Each party package includes a stated number of guests. If the number of guests exceeds this amount, additional per-guest fees will apply. Additional children $12. Additional adults $5.
There is a maximum of 10 children and 20 adults for Semi-Private Parties.
There is a maximum of 30 children and 40 adults for Private Parties.
Food & Drink
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on Enchanted Elk Grove property at all times. You may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages to serve during the birthday party. All food and drink must be removed from the reserved party room by the party’s scheduled end time.
Cleanup
Parents are expected to place all trash and debris inside designated receptacles prior to vacating the reserved area. Large trash such as pizza boxes, dessert boxes, and serving trays can be stacked on the counter. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to behave responsibly at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Enchanted Elk Grove will issue a single warning for unruly conduct prior to asking guests to leave the premises.
Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation must be in writing and sent to us via e-mail or in person.
Customers will be charged the full amount if they do not show up on the party reserved day or cancel at least one week prior.
Minimum 3 weeks' notice in advance to reschedule your party reservation.
Liability
By signing this birthday party contract, you release Enchanted Elk Grove from any potential liability. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enchanted Elk Grove and its employees for any damages, loss, or injury that may occur.
Should Enchanted Elk Grove property be lost or damaged due to the activities of any of your party’s attendees, you agree to reimburse Enchanted Elk Grove for replacement or repair of said property.
Liability Release must be signed by the Parent(s) or Guardian(s) for any children attending before entering the play area.
